By using MyGamCare， a new online resource created by the charity， people can set goals， read personalised content， monitor their moods and access tools to support them.

By understanding how gambling may affect time， money， relationships and well-being， it is also intended to assist people who struggle with addiction.

The launch follows the helpline receiving the most calls for any month on record in January 2023. Around 3，700 calls and chats were initiated throughout the month， an increase of 17% over the same period the previous year.

Moreover， Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp can now be used to contact GamCare.
