Job Description
As part of an Area Team, you, as the Area Controller, secure the best possible customer experience throughout the stores in your area, while delivering expected profitability. In this role, you achieve this by setting and analysing financial goals, as well as planning and forecasting sales figures and expenses. You follow up and control, as well as act as a partner for the Area Manager to secure the long-term success in the local markets.
What you will do:
? Responsible for transforming the region's strategy for the area, as well as creating a budget and financial plan.
? Maximise profit level of the area by developing and accomplishing opportunities.
? Responsible for financial analyses, reports, and follow-ups to detect future business needs.
? Collaborate with all functions in the Area Team, contribute to an efficient—and informative-workflow, and support with leading the area towards the set long--and short--term goals.
? Frequently follow up on the efficiency and profit level of your area together with the team and set necessary actions to meet the business objectives.
? Develop the Stores' and Area's budget, determining KPIs according to the region's strategy.
? Create reports of sales figures on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly level to follow up on the business development and advise actions.
? Follow up costs, deviations, and other relevant financial information and report them quarterly.
? Report full profit and loss for stores and countries, analyse deviations and take actions to
optimise profit.
? Analyse the business development and results to seek opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance profit.

Previous experience working in a controlling or another analytical role
Good knowledge of the financial systems within the Group
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication and English language skills, both verbal
