The Duties and Responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to the following:
● Monthly and yearly China payroll data processing
● Mainland China IIT (Individual Income Tax) monthly and yearly operation and declaration
● HR and payroll policy/regulations implementation
● Support manager and employee on Australia and China eTime system using
● Follow up inquires about payroll service
Additional requirement:
● GlobalView/SAP and eTime/Kronos system knowledge is nice to have
● Good business English writing and speaking
● Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications
● Be familiar with labor law, social insurance regulations and individual income tax(IIT) policy of China
● Problem solver with critical thinking and customer service skills
