We are looking for a new colleague to join our Div U team in Shanghai.
Your Tasks：
* Develop in cooperation with the manufacturing unit’s capacity and capital expenditure plans and obtain the necessary Capital Expenditure approvals to realize capacity expansion.
* Validate requests against plans and monitor expenditures to ensure the best in class investment, productivity and quality standards are achieved.
* Benchmark manufacturing processes, equipment, and equipment suppliers against other regional operations and industry standards.
