（2）申请者有干细胞或肿瘤相关研究经验，发表过较高水平的sci学术论文优先考虑；

（3）申请者应具备较强的独立科研能力、进取心和良好的敬业精神；

（4）申请者应具备较好的英语写作和表达能力。

3．工作待遇：
