一、学院介绍
南京大学外国语学院办学历史悠久，特色鲜明，底蕴深厚。学院肇始于1917年南京高等师范学校设立的英文专修科。在一个多世纪的办学历程中，历代外院人共同努力，薪火传承，形成了严谨踏实、追求卓越的优良传统。外国语言文学学科2017年入选教育部首批“双一流”建设学科，2022年再次入选教育部“双一流”建设学科，在全国第五轮学科评估中取得优异成绩。学院拥有一支高水平的教师队伍，总体规模约96人，其中入选国家级人才项目4人、四青人才4人。学院现有当代外国文学与文化研究中心、外国语言学研究所、翻译研究所、俄罗斯学研究中心、韩国学研究中心、中德文化比较研究所等科研机构。学院广泛开展国际学术交流与合作，与牛津大学、哈佛大学、纽约大学、索邦大学、哥廷根大学、东京大学和高丽大学等多所著名高校建立了合作伙伴关系，主持和参与多项国际合作项目，具有较大的国际影响力。
二、招聘岗位设置
南京大学外国语学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事相应语种教学和相关研究工作的优秀青年人才到学院工作。
外籍教师岗位是南京大学全职全时教师岗位。本次拟招聘岗位如下：
1.英语方向外籍教师2名
2.德语方向外籍教师1名
3.朝鲜语方向外籍教师1名
三、岗位要求
1.遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规，热爱教学科研事业；
2.具有良好的师德师风，恪守学术道德，勤勉工作，无犯罪记录，无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录；
3.申请人母语为所教授语言，具有国外大学人文社会科学学科硕士及以上学位；能够从事与本专业现有研究方向相符之学术研究；
4.申请人应有较好的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力，能够胜任本科生和研究生的教学工作；
5.具有在中国或国外高校或专业语言教学机构至少2年执教的工作经验，教学效果优良，或在国外大学已获得助理教授及以上任职资格者优先；
6.申请人年龄最大不超过55周岁（1968年1月1日之后出生），特别优秀的可适当放宽。

五、薪酬待遇和相关工作与生活条件配套
1.按受聘岗位执行相关待遇，教师每人薪酬13-20万元/年（根据各人教龄资历等有所不同）；
2．提供其他补贴，包含租房补贴、探亲补贴等，标准3.5-5万元/年；
3.可按学校规定申请租住学校周转房，并优先安排入住。房租按初始房租确定，不随居住年限增长；
4.在岗期间，学校依法为受聘者缴纳南京市企业职工社会保险（包括养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、生育保险和工伤保险）。学校可根据语言外教个人意愿为其缴纳住房公积金。

TheSchoolofForeignStudiesofNanjingUniversity(SFS)tracesitshistorybacktoathree-yearEnglishprograminitiatedin1917.Buildingonitsacademicheritage,ithasdistinguisheditselfinteaching,academicresearchandcooperationwithoverseasinstitutions.Consistingofsevenlanguagedepartments,i.e.,English,French,Russian,German,Spanish,JapaneseandKorean,theSchooloffersafullrangeofdegreeprogramsaswellaspostdoctoralprogramsinforeignlanguagesandliteratures.SFSboastsfacultyofextraordinaryexcellence,amongwhom80%aredoctorateholdersand60%professorsandassociateprofessors.CurrentlytheSchoolseesatotalenrollmentofnearly700undergraduatesandover600MAandPhDstudents.Havingestablishedpartnershipswithdozensofworld-renowneduniversitiesintheUnitedKingdom,theUnitedStates,Russia,Germany,France,Belgium,Spain,Japan,SouthKoreaandelsewhere,SFStakesprideinhostingandparticipatinginavarietyofinternationalprojectswhichhelpsspreadtheschool’sinfluenceworldwide.

2.Requirements:
1)ApplicantsshouldobserveChineselawsandregulations,anddemonstrateapassionforteachingandresearch.
2)Applicantsshouldmaintainahighstandardofacademicandworkethicswithoutanypunishmentrecordforviolatingteachingandacademicethics.Proofsofpoliceclearancearerequired.
3)ApplicantsmustbenativespeakersofEnglish/German/Koreanwithamaster’sdegreeoraboveinliterature,linguistics,orotherspecialtiesrelatedtohumanitiesorsocialsciences.PreferencewillbegiventothosewhoseresearchexperienceconnectswiththemajorareasofacademicinterestinEnglish/German/Koreanlanguageandculture,English/German/Koreanliterature,andEnglish/German/Koreanstudies.
4)Applicantsshouldhaveagoodcommandofpedagogicskillsandaflairfororalcommunication,andarecapableofteachingundergraduateandpostgraduatecourseswithcompetence.
5)ApplicantsshouldhaveatleasttwoyearsofteachingexperienceincollegeorlanguageschoolseitherinChinaorabroadwithprovenexcellentpedagogicalskills.Specialconsiderationwillbegiventoholdersofassistant,associateandfullprofessorshipinoverseasuniversities.

4.SalaryandBenefits
1)Theannualsalaryofferedtoafull-timelanguageteacherisabout130,000-200,000yuan/year(variabledependingonpriorteachingexperience).
2)Benefitpackageincludesmonthlyrentalsubsidyandinternationaltravelallowance,rangingfrom35,000-50,000yuan/yearintotal(variabledependingontheapplicants’originsofcountry).
3)University-runapartmentsnearcampusareavailableforrent.Fixedlevelofrentalisguaranteedwithinthetermofcontract.
