浙江大学国际联合商学院(zibs)
浙大zibs充分利用长三角一体化、杭州大湾区发展的战略机遇,实施以浙大为主、开展“1+3+n国际一流高校”的多机构、多学科、多层次的伙伴合作战略,聚焦新金融、新零售、新技术、新产业及新市场等领域的商学研究和人才培养。

department: executive education programs
media manager (location:)
i. responsibilities
1.develop the brand promotion plan of zibs
2.develop the media plan for admission and marketing purposes of zibs executive education programs
3.as an in-house journalist, write and edit alumni stories, press releases, and reports for the school events
4.monitor the social media content and maintain the wechat public accounts
5.other related tasks
ii. requirements
1.bachelor degree or above, mba preferred
2.work experience in media background will be preferred
3.strong knowledge of social media sites
4.creative, excellent communication and writing skills will be preferred
5. highly motivated and hard working
6.mature, team-oriented, and energetic
7.solid writing, editing and proof reading skills.
8.fluent in chinese and english, both oral and written
recruiting manager (location:)
i. responsibilities
1.visit potential applicants in the designated area and assigned industries
2.lead the market development
3.develop innovative promotional campaign plan
4.evaluate applications during admission season
ii. requirements
1.experience in business development or sales function preferred
2.bachelor degree or above, mba preferred
3.be able to make frequent travels
4.professional, self-motivated, strong drive for achievement

senior relationship manager (location:)
i. responsibilities
1.work with corporate clients to explore and evaluate their needs, and design a solution to be presented in an educational format
2.design the curriculum to meet the client’s needs
3.maintain the client relationship
4.work together with the program delivery team to ensure that the client is satisfied
5.coordinate with the delivery team to ensure that all logistical issues are properly arranged and completed
6.give appropriate feedback to the faculty and to suggest changes in future programs
7.make sales calls and visit current and potential clients
ii. requirements
1.relevant experience including sales, consulting and/or practical experience in designing and/or teaching courses for executives
2.business degree required, an appropriate advanced degree, mba, phd in education or in business preferred
3.understanding of current and future trends in business and the concerns of executives
4.ability to be innovative in approaches to educational and management problems
5.ability to communicate effectively with senor executives and faculty
6.ability to manage partnerships with other schools, executive education providers, consultants, and clients
7.ability to travel locally and internationally, work evenings and weekends as needed and serve as essential staff in emergencies
8.ability of excellent presentation skills, business written and fluent spoken english (or native speaker equivalent)
assistant relationship manager (location:
i. responsibilities
1.participate in the school and program branding and promotional activities
2.work with well-established and high potential enterprises, and recruit students from their top management team
3.cooperate with other departments to achieve the sales target
ii. requirements
1.experience with in business development or sales function;
2.bachelor degree or above, mba preferred;
3.outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

marketing manager (location:
i. responsibilities
1.develop and implement the marketing plan, advertising, events, and publications
2.keep up-to-date with market trends and conduct relevant research to feed into the marketing strategy on a regular basis
3.receive student client inquiries by telephone

4 follow up with student inquiries and applications.
ii. requirements
1. bachelor degree or above
2.ability to communicate and promote zibs image
3.target focused, extremely organized and effective in developing and implementing marketing plans to attract potential students

class coordinator (location:
i. responsibilities
1.take a role of coordinator to one class and be responsible for students and class administration before, during and after the program
2.to be enthusiastic in building and developing class culture, creating platform of information sharing and communication
3.organize and coordinate high profile class activities/events;
4.promote zibs brand and program through students network
5.support admission and other function
ii. requirements
1.bachelor or above degree
2.working experience in enterprise or education field
3.good command of communication and interpersonal skills
4.proficient in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint);
5.good command of spoken and written english
6.be able to use english in daily work
7.able to work in a team as well as detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated, proactive and fast learner

fundraising project manager (location:
i. responsibilities
1.develop alumni relations and identify potential major gift prospects and donors
2.raise funds: alumni giving, reunion giving, class gifts, and other giving recognitions, solicitations, and stewardship;
3.manage inquiries, database, and donor services
4.manage the fundraising events
ii. requirements
1.bachelor or above
2.good business sense.
3.experience in business development or project management area, experience in fundraising is advantageous
4.team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
case writer (location:
i. responsibilities
1.conduct case research and write cases
2.work with faculty to identify appropriate case leads in management education fields among corporate governance, strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing, organization behavior, human resources, finance, accounting, technology, operation, supply chain, etc.
3.work with colleagues in case-development related services and activities
4.help improve education quality, program innovation and knowledge creation
ii. requirements
1.phd degree
2.passion for practitioner-oriented research and writing
3.excellence in both oral and written communication skills
4.working language is english
5.experience with business and management is a plus
